Silver Light - IMO 7001871

hello everybody,

Have been trying to locate a photo of the vessel Silver Light, built in 1969 as the Ganges Maru. Renamed Agelos Seraphim in 1974, Orion Star 1981, Med Mariner 1986, Zileena 1986, scrapped 1992.

Can anyone help?

Much appreciated, The shot of Ganges Maru seemed to slip through my Google net! Hopefully someone out there will have a shot of her as the Silver Light.

It is amazing to see that her sister DA JIA, Imonr. 6922509 is still in service, built 1969 and still going strong.

Well built! However the Chinese manage to keep many vessels going for very long careers so there must be a good market for these vessel types. Pity the Silver Light wasn't so lucky.
