berge stahl / vale rio

Hi everybody.

About 10 days ago, Berge Stahl and Vale Rio de Janeiro  left Rotterdam bound to PDM, with 5 hours delay.

Can anybody explain me  why they are  both expected with 3 days  of delays at PDM ? Berge Stahl sill anchored...
