The transition from paper copy to digital pdf by e-mail has been done with great care and wide communication. There has been messages in several 2012-issues and all members had to send in questionaire about their wises for 2013. The price for the digital version is now lower than for the printed version. And that was precisely the reason to switch to a digital version: the printing costs became to much and the postage (especially to outside the UK) as well. I suggest that you send the general secretary an email to sort things out.
