What is happening with Ocean Countess. Why are Cruise Maritime handing her back to her owners

I can't tell you why they're handing her back. All I know is her replacement: 1971-built Discovery (ex-Island Princess, the Love Boat's sister) will be sailing for Cruise & Maritime Voyages beginning February 2013

I think that she arrived Chalkis 26/10/2012, presumably for lay-up.
