Equasis calls her a General Cargo Ship.  These photos were all taken between 2006 and 2012. 

Can anyone say with certainty into which category she should be placed?

Well, her classification society DNV states at the moment, she was converted to date 24th November 2008 from Fishing vessel to a General Cargo (single deck). I could imagine a use as live fish carrier until 2008.

Basically they collect vaste from the fish industry and bring it to their factory, where they make it into food for the fish industry... The vessels do both, collect the vaste, and then ship the product. If you split the name of the company in two, "Horda" and "for"; "Horda" is short for Hordaland which is a county on the west coast of Norway, and "for" basically means food (for animals).
