Can anyone tell me what happened to this Ro-Ro vessel? I see her sister EAGLE is "Dead" according to this website.

Thank you Bob. Both the Eagle and Falcon were chartered by P&O out of Felixstowe to boost freight service to Europoort during the nineties, as I remember. They were most unsuited to the quick turnaround required, regularly blocking the berth for the Searunners Freeway and Tideway, I was master of the Freeway! My query arose after seeing Iron Monarch lying off Bhavnagar, awaiting the tide for Alang I guess, she has a huge stern ramp too.Did the Eagle also end up at Alang?

I am following the demise of the 11 Searunners having spent over 20 years working in them, the last one left working in NW Europe is on her way to Alang as I type, leaving 2 running in the Med and my old ship(European Freeway, now Sea Partner)hard at work in the Black Sea, still under the Red Ensign!
Thanks again for replying, all the best,

Ian
