Best location

IS there anyone so can tell me the best locations around,Kiel canal when you are comming down from Danmark on E 45.
And around Brunsbuttel in Germany,and Hamburg.
And the best locations in Ijmuiden in Netherlands.
Me and my wife are talking about a car trip down true Germany and Netherlands,so i hope to find som good locations to get som photos on the trip

There is a parking ground at A7/E45 on the south side of bridge crossing the Kiel Canal. So You may just make a stop on the way south at the Kiel Canal.
At the Canal I recommend the combined road/railway bridge at Gr

How far from the shorline are the ships going when they are passing Cuxhaven?

Tore, I can't tell you how far they are away from shoreline at Cuxhaven. But to give you an idea, here's a shot I made from Alte Liebe with a Canon 70-300mm lens, photo taken at 300mm

Thanks  Jens,that is close,shuden be a problem for me then,i have a 18-200mm-70-300mm and 200-500mmm.

Whats the best locations around Rotterdam,is it a good place in Hoek van Holland and around there?,and on the other side,can you drive all the way out on the N15 to the see there?.If there are other places let me now,are going down in Aug/Sep on a car tru Hamburg,Cuxhaven,Ijmuiden and Rotterdam.so i need som nice places i can get som photos on the trip.

Tore, Rotterdam is a very big port. It stretches From the city centre to the North Sea for 40 along both sides of the river. There are numerous ports which are sometimes easily accesible and sometimes not at all. So it's not so simple to give you detailed information without knowing pertinent details of your intentions. Thanks Robert,we will stay on the Hotel de Beer in the Europoort when i am there,so i can thake photos all day.and then thake a trip in to Rotterdam at night time.I have a car,so it shudent bee hard to drive along the Europoort from Rozenburg to Maasvlakte
