Hi Josip
no apologies needed
But of course no Capt can have all licenses, especially when it comes to rivers. Even the rules of navigation are on rivers different then at sea, for obvious reasons. sometimes Capt,s have even pliot exemptions, I for one had a exemption for the Humber River up
to Hull in the UK. But that is usually on bigger ships seldom the case. If you go up rivers, like this vessels and that all the way,,Kentucky,, that,s 3 days or more. The vessel pictured and/or involved is actually a vessel with american flag. She carries
for the NASA big modules for rockets and was involved for the transport of the booster rockets for the american shuttle fleet. But I am pretty sure that the Master abaord will not
have a pilot license for all the way up there, that would be extrem unusuall.
