Hi all,

It's now possible to get the thumbnail code for inclusion in forum posts, homepages, blogs etc.

Just beneath the photo to the left there is a link to "Generate thumbnail". If you click it you'll see a sample and two versions of code:

1) Plain HTML. Use this for homepages, forums or blogs that only supports html. It's not always easy to know which is supported/required, so if the HTML should not work - try the bbcode out instead, or vice versa.

2) BB Code. This is used when posting plain html is prohibited (both for security and design reasons). Our own Shipspotting.com forum uses bbcode and blocks html for example. Use this one in the forum.

Do not edit the code, or it's likely to be messed up. Keep your own text above and under the code.

It's possible to add any amount of thumbnails at one place. You need to generate the code for each photo/thumbnail individually.

Html code (1) will be centered where displayed, while bbcode (2) limitations will make it adjusted to the left. The proper photo copyright is also shown beneath each photo.

Clicking the thumbnail will take you to the main photo page of the thumbnail.

Here is a samle of what the bbcode looks like in our own discussion forum:
