Very sad news that the engineers body was recovered 2 days ago in the Greenwich Area :(

The tug itself is still laying on its side but has been recovered from the main channel and placed on the north shore and can be seen on low tide.   See my photos at http://www.facebook.com/liquidhighway

The GPS Apollo righted the tug at lunchtime today. Not sure what they intend to do with it next, there was no pontoon on which to put it so presumably they are going to pump her out and float her. Couldn't stay to see what happened next.

She is still there when i left at 7pm and still being pumped out.  I assume they will tow her away at some point tomorrow.  Not sure of her fate hope shes not a loss.
