PORTSMOUTH HARBOUR & FAREHAM CREEK

On 3rd June 2011 I was able to spend a day in Southampton and also travelled on to Gosport and was able to take some photos of the activities in Portsmouth Harbour and Fareham Creek. Regretfully, I have been unable to identify the obviously decommisioned warships in Fareham Creek or many of the Navy vessels berthed at Portsmouth (other than HMS Daring & HMS Dauntless). 

Would any members know the names of the Naval vessels moored in Fareham Creek and/or know where I could find out what vessels were berthed at Portsmouth on 3rd June 2011 ?

I would be most grateful for any information/suggestions

The three type 42's moored in Fareham Creek are H.M.S. Southampton, Exeter and Nottingham,
