Is it possible to upload a video

I have taken a video clip of thr barge Lapinta locking through the Manchester ship canal, I have posted it on youtube, how do I upload it to the Video section here.

Hi,

We never implemented the old video management from the old site, since it was to be scrapped. A new administrative system for videos that also allows uploads will show up soon.
