Uploading photos

Every time I try to upload a photo I am told that only JPEG files are acceptable. All my shots are JPEG so am I doing something wrong somewhere.

Perhaps they dont have .jpg prefix?

With some sites it depends not only on the format but how it is written.
Some accept .jpg but not .JPG or . JPEG.
