Hi Christian,
We must have been two ships that pass in the night at some point, as I did a trip on the LNG/C British Trader back in 2003, running from Point Fortin - Lake Charles/Savannah/Puerto Rico/Cove Point.
This was when they only had the one jetty in Trinidad and prior to Train 4 being commissioned.
I've noticed that on a lot of LNG carriers lately that the large letters 'LNG' on the ship sides have been painted out, do you know why?
It makes the ships look better, but I cant see that being the reason, is it security perhaps?
I haven't been on LNG since 2003, been stuck on oil ships ever since!
