Exmar has sold it's entire fleet of small perssurized LPG carriers to Sloman Neptun, Schulte Group and Othello Shipping. These three companies are the partners in the B.V United Gas Carriers (Unigas) Pool.
The vessels involved are Landy Barbara, Lady Stepanie, Lady Elena, Lady Kathleen, Lady Hilde, Lady Martine, Lady Margaux, Lady Mathilde and Lady Shana. All nine ships are operated in partnership with Kosan in the Exmar-Kosan pool, and the new owners are committed to maintaining this co-operation. It is therefore likely, though not yet official, that Kosan will join forces with the Unigas partners in a new pool, or simply join Unigas as a new pool member.
