Frifjord (IMO 8516263) now named CEG Galaxy, Riga flagged

Riga is a port of registry, not a flag. The flag is Latvia.

Russian Bulker Kuzma Minin renamed Energy Annabelle at Falmouth following sale at auction there. Port of registry now Alofi, capital of the Pacific Island state of Niue. A first for this registry?

Geoff - the current edition of Coastal Shipping magazine has some useful details about this flag. The new renaming is not a first for the flag of Niue.
