The Islamic Republic of Iran Shipping Line (IRISL) has started to rename and remove funnel markings from their vessels. However the port of registry still remains the same, so they are still flying the Iranian flag.

IRAN ZANJAN renamed VISEA
IRAN ARDEBIL renamed SEPANTA
IRAN PIROOZI renamed SAKAS
IRAN ILAM renamed SEPITAM

Has Pro Diamond IMO 9257711 had her name changed to Pro Jade as well as  being sold to new owners?

Can anyone with better investigative skills than mine add to the information I have provided on http://www.shipspotting.com/modules/myalbum/photo.php?lid=874055&cid=46

Thanks
Clyde

To anyone interested

Enforcer [9255737] came into Southampton on 15th April - according to various AIS sites she is still here as X-press Matterhorn, due to sail 21st, although Southampton VTS still list her as Enforcer.

Clyde ,
Vessel sold along with sister Pro Giant.
Although she had the outward appearance of Pro Jade , as the paperwork / classification society formalities etc etc had not been completed , she was still as her AIS was showing as Pro Diamond. Completely confusing to shipspotters as well as the usual services. I can only recall this happening one other time and that was for a ship in Newcastle a few years ago - one of MOL's 'Mona' vessels.

Regds

Peter  - Port Phillip Sea Pilots / Victoria

By the way she sailed for Yosu after completing at Geelong for handover I assume

Peter

Thank you very much.

It's not the first time this Shipspotter has been confused, but this is a new reason.

Yours

The oil products tanker ARAFURA WIND (IMO 8517023) was renamed CARIBIC in Gibraltar in November 2009. She still flies the Liberian flag. She sailed last week into the mediterranean.
