Well, so far the SNCM's bigger ship was Danielle Casanova which is 176 meters long.
Jean Nicoli is 203 meters long...
In fact, Jean Nicoli could not enter most of the Corsican ports (it cannot enter Bastia, Calvi, Île-Rousse, Propriano and Porto-Vecchio).

But she can dock in Ajaccio port which is used to accomodate large cruise ships. Jean Nicoli is not bigger than ships like Napoléon Bonaparte, Danielle Casanova or even Pascal Paoli, but these ones are very tall and have a pretty important beam. Jean Nicoli is indeed longer but much "thiner".

Last time I checked (Sunday), she was back to her laid up berth in Marseille.
