On the local TV news on Thursday evening, the ship was forced to sit outside the port of Bilbao for 23 hours as it was unable to get in because of the conditions.

Hi Kelvin

But just think about the extra photo opportunities  :-o

What made me wonder was whether the passengers were offerred free food for their extended stay - of course if the seas were so rough, perhaps food was the last thing on their minds!!!

I suppose P & O would save money on the food bills, as most passengers would have had their dinner twice;
Once on the way down and again on the way back up!
