Pieter: you are  biased because a) You are not so young and b): you are a tanker man.
Similarly, I would tather look at MAGLEBY MAERSK - not the Triple-E but this one: http://www.shipspotting.com/gallery/photo.php?lid=2339477.

I have added another Emma Maersk, not previosuly shown here.

The first photo i posted on site had already been on site for 10 years, stolen from my personal website.

There have been a number of others, and possibly more that i have not yet seen.

I can not prove that everything i post is mine, only i know it is, but how can i prove it?

anyone else have any evidence that the OP DOES NOT have permission to post any of these photographs?
Simon, the Poster clearly mention no permission, what more evidences required?

Photo by Chief Mate means NO Permission.
Photo by Seamen means NO permission.
Photo by Natan means NO permission.

Photo by Natan posted with a Permission means a Permission.

If the poster has permission, and there are no copyright issues

Excellent, let's this poster describe as all others do he has a Permission ( by the way this is required by the site rules).

Since he mention it's his problem with FBI, IIA, IP etc. and the site will not be blocked in case of claim.

I suggest you take this up with the Webmaster, the OP is still posting, no-one else seems to be concerned. Perhaps there are things the Webmaster is aware of, and you are not.

All you are talking about are words on a screen.......they mean nothing......anyone can type "with permission". if the OP typed "with permission" would you be happy. You still wouldn't know if they actually had permission.

Another posters frequently posts photographs taken by family members, but they never say if they have permission to post these. Do you want these removing as well??? I wouldn't get too hung up about it.

The only real issues I see are if someone posts another members photographs, or photographs from a commercial source.

Good, if he cheat - his problem with law!
Otherwise we will get to the stage where every photograph is suspect
Very far from every, no talks about 1, 10 photos, but when uploading 1000, 2000 historical photos which's right is a subject isn't wrong to ask how they concern to the Poster?

Those words make a signal to grab any over internet, museums etc. and download it here, excepting photos of the site Members and Commercial. Sounds strange!
Is it legal?

If you are so worried, discuss it with the Webmaster.
