BERGE STAHL Brunei Bay
« on: December 20, 2020, 09:06:50 AM »
Hi there,

the last signal of the mighty BERGE STAHL is Labuan Anchorage in the Bay of Brunei and is several months old. Does anyone know what is happening there?

Thanks and take care,
Max

Funny, I checked her yesterday before you posted this and I ended with the same question you have. Perhaps it just stopped sending out AIS signals.

Funny, Pieter! I assume it is just this but I asked myself why? Waiting for a new order, laid up for a long time or this is possibly the beginning of a trip for a never ending beach vacation ... ???

Cheers!

It is reported that the now Comoros Islands flagged Berge Stahl left Brunei Bay yesterday after being renamed to GEOSTAHL (3-6-21) and heading for Singapore ETA 6-7-21.

Thank you Bernd for the update.
