I was about to report the same thing, but yeah the Magellan has been sold for scrap in Alang, India and will join her sister ship Grand Celebration and fleet mate Marco Polo.

Vasco Da Gama is in Libson, Portugal. See http://forum.shipspotting.com/index.php/topic,17096.0.html for more info. I don't know what Mystic Invest plans to do with her, but they should either bring her back to service or sell her to Seajets so she can rejoin her sister vessels.

Vasco Da Gama is presently in the Lisnave shipyards undergoing refitting work, amongst other things, her cabins are being modernised. A lot of upgrades to the technical aspects of the ship are also being undertaken. Apparently, Mystic Cruises are looking for another ship to operate along with Vasco Da Gama. One thing is for sure, there is plenty of choice out there.

SeaJets has her other sister ships so Mystic Cruises could buy a sister ship from them and refit her like Vasco Da Gama.

Vasco da Gama is chartered by German firm Nicko Cruises and cruises with her can already be booked on the Nicko Cruises website for spring this year. Departures from Bremerhaven, Hamburg and Kiel during spring and summer 2021, later this year stationed at the Canary islands.

She's beached not that far from her sister Grand Celebration.

MAGELLAN and MARCO POLO die together, rather close on the beach at Alang. Farewell, two great ladies. Did three cruises in MAGELLAN and one in MARCO POLO (and another one cancelled due to covid). End of an era. What is left apart from those floating apartment buildings? Fred Olsen in the UK and Phoenix in Germany. Photo credit for both photos: Viramdevsinh Gohil.

Not to mention that Magellan is also to be scrapped with her sister Grand Celebration.

SeaJets may have resold Columbus to Aliaga for scrap. It's based on sources close to SeaJets and the fact that Columbus is departing Greece Today. Here is the link: https://www.cruiseindustrynews.com/cruise-news/24336-columbus-next-cruise-ship-most-likely-to-be-scrapped.html

Note that if they do scrap the Columbus, it will be the end of the last purpose-built Sitmar Cruises vessels as she and the twins Karnika and Satoshi were the last vessels being built for Sitmar Cruises before Princess cruises bought them. Karnika and Satoshi have already been sold for scrap.
