ASTORIA
Looks like she doesn't want to go .... After leaving around seven this morning she's now inbound again.

MARCO POLO showing destination Dubai when she left here (Falmouth) last night (22nd). So....not heading to Aliaga after all. Maybe onward to a breaker's yard further east? Alang, Chittagong maybe?

Apparently, the Marco Polo is laid up in Dubai, UAE and is being chartered by whoever bought her. If someone does charter her for more cruising or to become a floating hotel, than she could still be saved. If noone charters her within a month, she will head to Alang, India to be scrapped.

Is there a reason why Astoria isn't sailing to Lisbon under her own power?

Some Facebook pages suggest steering problems, others suggest towing gear problems.

Now with just one tug (BRENT) off Beachy Head. ASTORIA seems to have switched off AIS

But her ghost doesn't want to go  :)
When they turned off her AIS once out of the Thames.
