No - the camera is on the drone, you use the tablet/smartphone to control the drone and it's camera :)

I believe that there are some pro-level drones to which you can add your own camera, but these are very expensive. As mentioned above, consumer drones have built in cameras. From what I read online, DJI models are most popular.
