HMS Severn is shown on Fleetmon and Marinetraffic (in port) as being at Falmouth. Guess AIS is turned off.

Afraid this is incorrect; HMS SEVERN is in Portsmouth.

HMS TYNE is currently Queens South, whilst HMS FORTH is on Queens North. From the road above the docks, looking northwards, the FORTH would be behind the TYNE.
