Russian ships in the north sea

Hello everyone, new member here, posting my first topic.

I try to keep it short and simple. For a project I'm doing I'm trying to photograph Russian ships in the North Sea. Especially of the coast of Belgium. Is there a ship enthousiast that can help me with this? I have a list of names of the ships, but no fancy AIS-following device, because I don't have the funds for it. So if someone could help me with this project, by any means possible, do contact me!
