Safmarine Mulanje sailed from Auckland 11 October for Lyttelton but didn't make it. According to POAL there is a MPI (pest control) issue with the vessel and she is to return to Auckland, berthing at 2100 14 October. She will be in port until the 16th when she will go out to anchor, returning again at 0500 on the 18th. She will finally sail at 0730 on the 19th.
I don't know if she is going to do her coastal port calls, any info would be appreciated.

Ok, now she is sailing back and forth in the Hauraki Gulf, and expected to berth 0100 on 18 October and sail 1500. That's alot of sailing in a small space.

Right. Tonight, 15 October she is off Gisborne, and Napier has her due tomorrow morning. Auckland still has her listed for 0500 on 18th.

Due to two accidents with crew on the Capitaine Wallis at Norfolk Island, the next voyage will be her last. The Southern Tiare will do two voyages after that, while a permanent vessel is acquired to start in 2020. They are also looking at the possibilty of motorised barges to take the containers to shore for unloading, rather than having to unload the cargo on the ships deck and then transferring to lighters.
