The Mumbai registered offshore supply vessel Malaviya twenty[ I.M.O. 9303481] which has been impounded in Gt.Yarmouth since June 2016 has been moved to the outer harbour for "security and safety" reasons.This means that the temporary crew manning the vessel can no longer visit the town centre or use the facilities offered by the port chaplain and seamens mission such as internet etc.
