Probably, it is the BUSTEIN which is lying on Google Earth view of Bahia Honda dated 21 Nov 2016, in position 22

Greetings, the RoRo to which you refer is the "Princess Carol", embargoed in Cuba for non-payment. At first it was speculated on with the idea of reforming it and adding it to the "Marina de Gurra Revolucionaria" but for data that I do not know, it ended up in Bahia Honda to be scrapped. Maybe because it was a very old ship or because strategically it was not worth anything.
