Have checked 2017 movemements. There do not appear to be any passenger roro ferries running from Israel to Cyprus (or to anywhere else for that matter).
There is a weekly Haifa/Limasso freight roro run by Cypriot company Salamis Lines with the ALEXO lhttp://salamisshipping.com/http://salamisshipping.com/en/shipping-services-in-cyprus/guarantee291http://www.shipspotting.com/gallery/search.php?query=8020604
The ship has capacity for 12 pax, but it is not clear whether they they are using it. They might do a "special".
The only other regular roro from Israel seems to be the Haifa/Mersin service by Akdeniz Roro using MUIRNEAG and URAG, but it seems that they have no passenger accommodation
Their website is "coming soon" and has only a phone number: akdenizroro.comhttp://www.shipspotting.com/gallery/search.php?query=7725362http://www.shipspotting.com/gallery/search.php?query=7725386
