i have complete Plans either for the "Discovery" (ex "Island Venture") or her older Sister "Sea Venture".

Which DEUTSCHLAND?  The 1916 submarine merchant cargo freighter, U-DEUTSCHLAND maybe? The image isn't exactly on the money but it is a fair representation and I really appreciate the effort.  I don't have the key to the numbering though.  Sorry.

A historical survey of the TS Empire State V, a P2-Sl-DN3 design built in 1952 can be found here:https://www.maritime.dot.gov/sites/marad.dot.gov/files/docs/about-us/history/vessels-maritime-administration/931/empirestatevhaersurvey.pdf. It contains a description with a lot of photomaterial, but also a CAD general arrangement plan and a sheerplan, half-breadth plan and bodyplan
