any  idea where this launch happened? possibly Philippines?

I only get the audio at that link.

It's not a "gleaming new container ship" but rather a tugboat, kind of like this one, but not exactly.

This was the intended MAINPORT TARA (IMO 9659347).  Anyone know the actual date of the disastrous launch (the earliest appearance of the video I can find is 5 Aug 2014).

She has not, as yet, been completed, and it seems cancelled by Mainport.
