Nedlloyd Kyoto
« on: March 18, 2016, 09:37:31 PM »
Hi all,

I am a collector of 1:1250 models and I also collect models of all the ships I have been sailing on in the old days. Now I have a friend who can make the computerwork for 3D-printing,but he needs plans for that.He wants to make the"NEDLLOYD KYOTO"for me but he needs plans for that. So my question is,who can help me with getting them.
Thank you very much for your attention.
Patrick

Hello,

You gould try to contact the dutch mararitiemmuseum in Rotterdam
https://www.maritiemmuseum.nl/contact

Phone number: (0031)10-413 26 80 (Local)

They provided me with some nice info. like scaled shipbuilding plans, photo's etc from the MS Leuvelloyd
build in the sixties, it costs me a little but is was worth it.

Hoi Patrick,
Did a quick search on google and it seems that the maritime museum in Rotterdam indeed has a model of the Kyoto.
We were there with the "Rotterdam branch" a couple of years ago, and they have a lot of models that are actually not on display.
Cheers / Groeten,
Roy
