Unknown ships i painting

Hello forum  :)
I have this old painting, made by my great grandfather Bernhard Andreasen. He was a seaman and later worked with the railroad. Beside that he was a maritime painter, and modelbuilder. He builed the church

Wonderful painting, but despite the fact both ships are "off-model" or simplified or drawn not from direct sources, I think the tall ship represents the FRANCE II: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/France_II

Livery looks very close, but the real ship had 5 tiers of square sails on 3 masts & 1 anchor hawse at each side.
