Hi,

Can anyone help please.

I wish to see the Mckinney Moller arrive at Felixstowe Docks tomorrow Sunday 30 August.

Problem is that Maesk and Felistowe Docks Arrival schedules differ by hours.

Which will be the most reliable

Hi Von, The tide table for Felixstowe tomorrow the 30th. states high tide at 12.35pm so I would say the Port of Felixstowe is correct rather than the Maersk Lines ETA. Also you can check the Maersk Mckinney Moller's movements live on marine traffic on the internet or on your mobile phone.

What also confused me was that the Marine Shipping web gave ETA as 8am

At present the Harwich pilots booking is for 08.45 at the Sunk, which means the vessel is likely to arrive alongside by about 11.00/12.00 noon. The vessel currently on the berth is CSCL Atlantic Ocean, which is due to sail at about 9.00, subject to loading. Vessels mostly arrive an hour or so earlier than Felixstowe's ETA.

The best thing would be to take a look at Marine Traffic's chart and see where she is. You should be able to track her from when when she picks up the pilot at the Sunk.

At 6.45am Port of Felixstowe's page shows 11am, and the ship is looks good for her planned pilot pick-up at 8.45am.

CSCL Atlantic Ocean is on her departure routine now, so should be off the quay in the next hour, and I should think your vessel will round Beach End around 10ish - but keep checking Marine Traffic!
