This ship is identified as a possible search vessel for MH370 in the Bay of Bengal. Can anyone identify it?

it looks like it's undergoing a name change, but it's last name was FUSION, IMO# 7528520. Orginally Osteespress, Sietas built, yard# 795

Thank you.  This vessel has been identified as part of a $2 million crowd funding project to search for MS370 in the Bay of Bengal.  I would think the scrap value to be higher than that, much less to purchase, crew, and operate it for a few weeks. My inquiry was driven by researching the credibility of the project.

This is a 2007 photo taken by K. Watson, and is being used to promote a fundraising effort by www.asove.net. The vessel name at the time, Fort Ross, has been photo shopped out of the picture.

This ship, the Fusion, will soon be replaced on the weekly Halifax to St-Pierre et Miquelon run by Nolhanava (ex Shamrock). Its mechanical reliability is questionable, having had several issues in recent months.
