Very nice models arne. What do you use for shaping the hull and what material...balsa?
I am right now up to my eyeballs in the Deans Marine kit of Trein Maersk which is rather a big project. Hopefully it should be done in a week or two.

Regards,

Milind

Hi Milind,
thanks for your interest!

For building the hulls,I take GFK (fibreglass)! The original form (kernel) is wooden made (balsa+plywood).

Hallo Arne,

nice website and very nice models. Since I am a coaster fan myself I like your Sietas-series best! If I would like to have a model of my own coaster in 1:87 scale how much could it cost? I already have one model of her in 1:32 but one more in her original looks could also be nice to have! Please send me mail. Thanks.
