The vessel is already built & it's currently berthed (for several months) at "Yantar" shipyard in Kaliningrad here where I live...

I saw that she she arrived in Kaliningrad in May.  Is she undertaking post-delivery modifications prior to service, or are there more trials yet before delivery?

There is already a nice gallery of photos from Helsinki on here - IMO 9649237.

US having most powerful ice breaking rescue vessels.

United States Coast Guard has four icebreakers, three in service and one laid up. The Polar-class icebreakers USCGC Polar Star and USCGC Polar Sea may be the most powerful non-nuclear icebreakers ever built, but they are far from being the most capable vessels of their kind. Generally, the United States has never been a leader in icebreaker technology.

edit: The most powerful icebreakers are of course found in Russia.

After standing at the "Yantar" shipyard since May she recently moved to Fish Port here in Kaliningrad as I saw today.  It was quite a feat for me to get to that spot, but unfortunately pics are barely satisfying, lol.
There's also a some foreign tug near her, so it might indicate she could be leaving very soon.  Haven't found any recent infos about it though.

The tug in the photo, which apparently brought BALTIKA to the current berth appears to be TRUVOR (IMO 9311543).  She is based at Primorsk, so BALTIKA may not be going far.
