Chinese shipbuilder Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industries (ZMPC) has won orders for a diving support construction vessel (DSCV) and two platform supply vessels (PSVs). The 8,000dwt DSCV has been ordered by Singapore-based Ultra Deep Solutions and will have an overall length of 142.9m, beam of 27m, and depth of 11m and is scheduled for delivery in early 2017. It is expected to cost USD200M and the order has an option for a further vessel.
