From the news room of the Police Hamburg, dated 18.05.2014, 23:15 Uhr, position Elbe estuary, near "Tonne 6" (buoy no. 6). Police of Hamburg reported as follows:

Last night, the 4th Engineer (31) outbound sailing Taiwan container vessel "YM uniformity" (length 333 m, width 42.80 m , port of Keelung) was critically injured in a boiler explosion in the engine room. The water police took over the investigation.

sounds to me that the boiler was not enough ventilated before restarted again
an old problem in the shipping with boiler and lead again and again to explosions
