A weird collission. Why would the "Hanjin Italy" turn starboard in front of the "Al Gharrafa" like that?

This was a sort of "minor damage" respect to what could be happened in case of more devastating collision and in front of Singapore...like in some movies...!

The hard stb turn can be as easy explained as rudder failure. Even the low training standard in the world fleet can play a role, but one must be really "dumb" to do that fully aware of it.
NOW!!!,,,if we could get rid of the sailors,,how safe shipping would be !!!!!!!!
