The Beatles yacht
« on: June 21, 2013, 07:52:29 PM »
Does anyone know's if The Beatles have one yacht?

In Madeira island was one yacht called Vagrant that some people said that it is from The beatles, but others said that The Beatles never had that yacht. Does you know something about that?

You can visit my blog and see some videos and photos from it, recently removed from her place was a restaurant to refloat again but with uncertainly future..

If the "Vagrant"'s website is to be believed, she was owned by the Beatles from 1966 until some time after 1977, when she ran aground.

From the appearance of the vessel, I do believe this is plausibly the 1941-built VAGRANT, built for Harold S. Vanderbilt, judging from the photo of the yacht here:

Whether it was actually ever owned by any members of the Beatles is till up in the air, however.
