Portland Harbour

Hello All

Yesterday 12th, I was down at Portland and saw a tug which I could not read off because of one of its fenders being across the name. It did however start with a C and ended in OS then the numerals XXII. There was a letter S on the funnel. Can anyone help me with this query please?
