That may all be about to change. The ship has turned away from Setubal and has a Portuguese Navy frigate alongside.
Also, 2 Svitzer tugs have just left Lisbon, heading in the general direction.

The two Svitzer tugs are the Svitzer Leixoes and Svitzer Sines.

And there we go!
At last the ship seems to have set a course for Setubal. It has been interesting watching her tracks on Marine Traffic. Up down, left right. 1 knot, 10 knots.
One of the tugs has left but Svitzer Leixoes seems to be following as is the warship.

At 8 pm local time tonight, the Portuguese Navy site reports that the risk of a spillage remaining slim, the ship has now been cleared to proceed to Sines, where she will unload the 8.000 tons of fuel oil on board. In this short voyage she will be escorted by the Corvette, and possibly by one of the Svitzer tugs called-in this morning by the ship owner.

Once the unloading operations have been completed at Sines, the Harbour Krystal will sail to Set

Sines was missed out. The tanker is now in the bay 1 mile off Setubal
