New research British vessel DICOVERY IMO 9588029

Today her first AIS signals,located in the yard at Vigo. But in LOCALIZATODO.COM appears under MMSI 257005911 Norway flag. Checked in MARINETRAFFIC and same.

You confuse me; the pic to which you refer shows her in Vigo, undergoing construction.
