Website security on advertisments

For the last two weeks I have noticed that unsolicited full screen 'competition winner' windows coming up when I click on some of my posted photographs. These are not proper adverts and may catch some people out and pose an episode of internet threats through this great website. Can I ask if the administrators are aware of these?
