The Australian company is already in the hands of the Insolvency Administrators (by voluntary decision):

No further news available. Status should still be: 4 ships arrested (2 in France, 1 in Greece and 1 in Montenegro), and Funchal still undergoing (?) rennovation work in Lisbon at a snail pace.
