Photo is loading but no text or boxes below it.

Hi admin,

I've been getting the following error message while trying to upload photo's.     "ajax o;"

Never seen that before.
It's happened with three photo's but now seems to be working again.

Hi all,

Just wondering as an afterthought - aside from the monster bulk carriers/OBO's, what's the smallest vessel that's ever been beached there for demolition?

Hi Steven,

Thanks for the reply. Your ships-spotting locations are most detailed and informative. Are those railroad tracks in Savannah in regular use?

Hi Forum,

I was wondering about ship spotting locations in the US, particularly military vessels and places where if I was to visit, I wouldn't be deemed
a threat to National Security.

Hampton Roads seems to be a key area, a fair bit of military traffic on the move but what/where is the biggest Naval collection of (floating) hardware to be found?

Didn't know Ken that well but he put me on the straight & narrow on more than a few occasions. My heartfelt condolences to his family & friends. I can't believe it  Sad

R.I.P Ken, God bless you.

Get well soon Ken, as you rest and heal, know that you are thought of warmly and wished a quick recovery.

Hi Forum,

I have a fascination for shipping in Gibraltar, as you probably know.

Out of curiosity, I was wondering who you thought would be the next candidate to replace the SKS TANARO, currently
berthed at Gibraltar.

I was thinking of the ATHINA M (9071818) last photographed in 2015, here whereabouts currently unknown.

Is there a set criteria for being an oil storage vessel ?

Anyone have any other candidates ?

Thanks guys,
Appreciate the responses. @Paul - The camera no longer works despite replenishing with new batteries and the screen is no bigger than Apple's new iWatch, so for someone with failing eyesight (me) means it makes it difficult to view the resolution. The days of one's youth is long gone.

@Peter the card reader looks fascinating - didn't realise such a device existed.

Looking forward to seeing what's on it. I both the camera in St Maarten when I was 'touring' the Caribbean/Panama Canal.

Hi All,

I've been clearing out/throwing away all my old photo's but came across my very first but old digital camera I bought in 2001. It's a Fujifilm Finepix 1300. It used a Smartmedia card, still in the camera too, but how do I go about looking at what's on the card ? It's large & incredibly flimsy.
I'm sure I have some old ship photo's on it but can't find any equipment that is compatible.

Hi all,
I spotted this heavy lift vessel transiting through the Gibraltar Strait on 9th Nov 2017. She's carrying a couple of rigs. Just wondering if anyone had any info on her and where she was headed.

thanks in advance,
best regards
