1  Shipspotters all over the world / Shipping News and information / Re: This is why huge plumes of black smoke were seen over Liverpool this morning on: Today at 01:56:33 pm
absolutely right Chas, and with the prevailing westerly winds it all gets blown over Soton City Centre - but as you say, its the poor motorist who picks up the tab.   But I have to say unphased traffic light don't help either.

Interesting news; they arrived 16th and 17th.   Could be MMD are protecting themselves against the threatened SERCO strike...  at least the fruit will continue to come in even if the navy can not move !!!

3  Shipspotters all over the world / Shipping News and information / Eagle Barents on: October 19, 2017, 06:39:03 pm
Is there anyone with a more expensive version of Marine Traffic or other info. source that can tell me where Eagle Barents loaded before arriving at Nab Anchorage for Esso Fawley on 10th October.  I have tried various AIS sites, one giving a 5 day history but the track only started half way down the North Sea.   Any help most welcomed.

No Kelvin, I did not make it.  I think I am suffering photo overload as just got back from cruise and took far more interesting stuff in Kronstadt, which I am still trying to sort out !!

I would not get too excited, when she was originally due on Friday the council had deemed the Round Tower closed to all but press and cars not allowed anywhere on Southsea Seafront.  Not sure what is happening as she is arriving two days earlier than originally planned.
