How can we upload them mentioning the actual photographer name/nickname?

Is there a list of proposed new locations? If yes, where is it to examine and eventually add some?

Notable locations should be added.

Just added an image of a ship in the Bay of Kotor, Montenegro and noticed that this country is missed by the data base creators. No port in the Montenegro is included. Can you add Kotor and Budva ports.

Also, what about adding not only ports but Bays/gulfs in the data base such as the Bay of Kotor?
